Not happy and empty responses

I ordered 4 pairs of pants all the same The Linden Standard and none of the waste sizes are actually a 38. Two pairs that I got are too small, two pairs that I got are too big. I have had this issue in the past and stopped ordering that particular pant. But I did not think that this was something that happened across the board. The most disappointing part about this is that I bought these on discount for Black Friday and that I am not allowed to return or exchange. I am highly disappointed and am not sure if I will ever buy pants from this company again. I have sent an email in response to an email I received about the last review I did and have received no response back since!
